This policy explains how Orvelle, operated by Ishita Singh, collects and uses your personal data when you shop with us, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number, email and delivery address, when you place an order.
- Order details, including the pieces you buy and the amount paid.
- Reviews you choose to post.
- Payment is handled by our payment partner. We do not see or store your full card or UPI credentials.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, send payment links and order updates, handle replacements and complaints, prevent fraud, and meet tax and legal obligations. We only send marketing messages if you agree to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Courier partners (to deliver your order), our payment gateway (to take payment), and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to team@orvellebyishita.in. Complaints about data handling go to our grievance officer, listed on the contact page.
