Before dispatch
You can cancel any order before it is dispatched by writing to team@orvellebyishita.in or calling +91 87004 10849 with your order number. If you have paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of cancellation.
After dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If your piece arrives defective, our replacement policy applies.
Cancellations by Orvelle
We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, if payment is not received within 48 hours of the order, or if we cannot deliver to the address given. Any amount paid is refunded in full.
Cash on delivery
We do not offer cash on delivery. Orders are processed only after online payment.
