We ship across India. Shipping is complimentary on every order delivered within India.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive tracking details by email or SMS once your parcel leaves us.
Delivery
Most orders are delivered within 7–8 days of dispatch. Remote PIN codes, public holidays, weather and courier delays can extend this. If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 days of dispatch, contact us and we will trace it with the courier.
Receiving your parcel
Please check that the outer packaging is sealed and undamaged before accepting it. Record an unboxing video from the sealed parcel onwards; it helps us resolve any problem quickly.
